The battles are pretty much the most known parts of the Texas Revolution. Whether we are talking about the Battle of the Alamo or the Battle of Gonzales, people are amazed at the heroics of the soldiers and the evil of Santa Anna. Santa Anna isn't particulary evil, but in the eyes of Texas, he is.
